"AAHR": an AHX/HVL song ripperI've written a quick tool to rip hivelytracker or AHX modules out of a file. Currently for windows command line, but the source is included and it should be fairly easy to compile for any other system.
Download it here.
Also, the tunes from "Sound of the Untergrund", as ripped with aahr, can be grabbed here.Submitted on 2008-04-04 11:24:15 by Xeron

Sound of the UntergrundFollowing in the footsteps of the brilliant "Planet Hively" music disk, "Sound of the Untergrund" is the second compilation of Hivelytracker/AHX music to be released. Windows only I'm afraid, but it makes up for it with nice use of alpha blending and other trickery.

HVL2WAV 1.0 releasedI've made a small tool to convert HivelyTracker (or AHX) modules to WAV files.
There are binaries for OS4 and Windows in the archive, and the source is included which should build for most platforms with a little makefile tweaking.
You can grab it here.Submitted on 2008-02-13 08:54:27 by Xeron

The Tunes page is now live!I was going to code a fancy tunes database, but in the end, I didn't.
I will, however, host all the publically available hivelytracker tunes that I can find.
You can grab them here.Submitted on 2008-02-06 10:31:52 by Xeron

modules.pl Freestyle Compo (now finished)The summer is over. Holidays are over. It's time to get back to school/work... and it's time for another edition of the modules.pl music compo! :D
This time it's called Freestyle Compo.
The main rule as always is simple - there are no big restrictions so that you could make the most of your favourite tracker :)
Wanna write 40-channel xrns tune? Think that multichannel hvl can beat everyone else? Maybe want to show that even nowadays "4-channels should be enough for anybody"? ;)
No problem! Launch your tracker and prove that neither format nor amount of channels determine a great tune, but music itself! :)
Deadline: 06.10.2007
